• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal and organizational data.
• ComChord may analyze anonymized usage data to improve the accuracy and performance of its AI systems.
• We comply with applicable data-protection laws in the U.S., U.K., and Singapore, including GDPR principles where relevant.

4. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual-property rights in the Platform—including AI models, analytics, text, graphics, code, and trademarks—belong to ComChord and its licensors.
• You retain ownership of your own data, transcripts, and uploaded content. By using the Platform, you grant ComChord a limited license to process that data solely for delivering and improving our services.

5. AI-Generated Insights and Limitations

• ComChord uses AI to generate feedback, analytics, and performance insights. These outputs are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or managerial advice.
• You are responsible for decisions made using ComChord's insights.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user data. You agree to keep any non-public information obtained through ComChord confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or disclosure.

7. Subscription and Payment

• If you subscribe to paid features, payment terms will be displayed at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.
• ComChord may update pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

• You may stop using ComChord at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but certain provisions—such as confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability—will survive.

• ComChord is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComChord and its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ComChord in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComChord and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• However, if you are located in the U.K. or Singapore, local consumer-protection laws may also apply.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, U.S.A.
